Need a bit-o-help...Some basic rookie Questions.

    73 all original 302 2d red blk int. 72,302.2dr. green and 71 200ci. 2d green
    1. will 4 door fenders fit on a 2 door of the same year?
    2. Is it possible for a GOOD exaust shop to put dual exaust
    on a 71 mav regardless of the fuel routing?
    3. If so...what mods to the fuel line might you suggest for
    keeping the original tank?

    Original 72 Sprint Owner, 71 Comet GT, 57 Ranchwagon, 57 4 dr Wagon
    1. yes- only difference in all Comet and Maverick fenders is the notch in the front for the stone guard for the 70 - 72 models.

    2. yes- I have 2" on one of mine and they fit fine. I have heard of some squeeking by with 2 1/4" but the clearence is tight. A good muffler shop is a key to making it work.

    3. not alot of modifications you can do to the fuel line other than using hose and keeping it as far away from the tailpipe as you can.
