I just picked up some 96 Cobra rims for my 74. The rims measure 17x8 with 5.72" backspacing. What size spacers do you guys think i should go with. I plan on running 245/45 17's all around or possibly 275/40's out back. What will i need to make these rims clear? Thanks a lot guys.

I'm running the same wheels on my 68 Cougar! I used 1" spacer all around. I test fit a set of 99 Cobra rims on my 76 Mav with the same spacers and they fit really well. They had 245's all around
