Well, as many of you might be aware, I have been in the exruciationg process of buying my first house. It actually closed last thursday the 22!! The old tenants WOULD NOT move out. But finally they are moving out today!! That means I finally get my first house. I now have a place to work on my cars!! it has:

-a big 2/12 car garage, a driveway that can fit 3 cars easily, and RV parking for 1 or 2 cars on the side!! All this with a small little house.

I am going to put up shop at my place, and my father is going to set me up with many of his tools, since he does not own a home.

    I have the following projects:

My 5.0 stang is getting a 3.73 geared disc brake set up in the rear that I have had laying around for a year now, with some mac upper and lower control arms.

I am picking up a salvage mustang, and will have an injected 302 to put into my mav. I am also going to redo the suspension on the mav. Finally.

Sorry for ranting, but you cannot believe my excitement, and I had to tell everyone I know!

No need to be sorry. That is wonderful news. Congatulations on your new home. With all that room for the cars, I'm guessing you will be spending more time in the garage than the house. Who needs a big house when you have a big garage to play in. More room for more toys. Have fun!

    Jeremy,
You have a 2/12 size garage? Just kidding. Congrats! Hopefully in the next five years I will be buying one of my own.

I am glad that you finally got the other people out. When my parents moved into our house 16 years ago, there were renters there who refused to move out even though the seller sold the house to us. We finally got them out, but the house was in pretty bad shape after them. These lovely people also had about 90 horses on our 12 acres of land! There was almost no grass at all. We only have 4 horses so we have plenty of grass and the house is in much better shape. So don't feel alone, my parents know exactly what you went through. Congratulations, and I hope everything goes well from here on out.
