Overall not a bad car needs rocker panels, and a small patch in the trunk floor. the guy is supposed to bring the rest of the parts in the next few days. I hung the 1/4's and need to get them fitted and welded up. the fenders and stuff are just hanging there not bolted down
I don't know my mopars. So what year is it? My dad had a 69 back when I was a kid, this one looks older.
It is a 69. There 68 and 69 are very similar and the easiest way to tell them apart is by the side marker lights, 68 are round 69 are rectangle.
I hated when he traded it in for a van with 440 and headers, glasspacks, etc. But he was towing a jet boat across the California desert, and camping in the van, so it worked out in the end.
What about a 5.7 hemi turbo project?? Kind of hard to find a used 5.7 cheap up here.. maybe you can find an affordable used one in your area.
I posted on your other pic, I bought one from a Plymouth dealer back in the 70's for $425 bucks and drove it home, it was a 426 hemi 4 speed car... The gas shortage made it imposable to sell and it was all I could afford...lol...
