    this is so sweet its the cast of the jo han kit re tooled for today! i found it on the net for 13.00 bucks i think its even a di cast metal body!!!!!!!

    missing my 71 maverick i6 3 on the tree :(
    i doubt it is diecast, all the previous issues are plastic.. i have a few of the older issues and they build decent.. could make a sweet build in the write hands.. wish they would quit pushing back the release date

    i seen it out? iv been air brushing models for over 14 years now. man when i get my hands on this one im going to buy revel mach 1 and kit bash them together to make an acurat 71 gt, ya know with the seats ,eng and stuff. ill also get a decal photoshop kit and make a couple of gt stripes.i just dont like the big hood bulg and how the heders drag on the ground.when i pick one up and spend a couple of weeks on it ill post picks

    Looks just like the Johan kit, the last re-issue was, so I would think this one will be the same. I have a few of the orig. kits still with the plastic on them, I just can't open them.....

    A Cougar Eliminator would give you more parts to create a 71 GT ... including the coorect hood scoop ...

    man i had no idea!!!!!!! iv got to find a copy ! i do have a couger scoop from that kit,thanks alot for the heads up. could you photo copy that for me and send it to me? i woud be most graitfull. if you can just send me a pm. im going to build a replica of my dads and send it to him. i thought i seen the stripes on ebay awhile ago? eny body know who made um? thanks

    hate using plastic but if someone orders one and does the work i will gladly pay. never have been good with the model thing but i am a big collector of di cast. if i have to surrender to plastic on this one so be it
