But I will be heading down to Sometset, Ky. on June 28 for there monthly "somernites cruise". We have a couple MCCI members down there and there is a total of 4 mavericks and 1 comet that attend the show. Last month there was over 680 cars in attendance. I went to Somerset this weekend. What a AWESOME show. I met several people with Mavericks and 1 comet. A few of them are MCCI members and a few where not, hopefully I convinced them to join. Let me just say that there cars a beautiful. I have seen ALOT of maverick resto-mods and there are 3 of them down there that would be HARD to beat. Those guys & gals have ALOT to be proud of! They put alot of time and effort into there cars and it shows. They want to come to the round-up, and I hope they do, there are trying to get some transportation for there cars. Anyway, we are having a MCCI mini-meet there in August, after being there this weekend, I can say that it is WELL WORTH the trip if anyone would be interested in going. They had every type, style car that anyone could want to see in a show.
