I've been using my dremel, but It is looking shabby and taking forever. For those who have successfully dremeled their bezel, what bit is best?

    Thanks,
    Jason

I used a dremel with a fiberglass reinforced cut off wheel. Remember the radio will cover the rough edges, so as long as you get a snug fit, it will be fine.

What bezel are you talking about? I used this on a die grinder to open up my radio bezel.

Reinforced cutoff wheel on high speed, and a steady hand, then clean it up with a file.

I just took a hammer and made my radio fit my perfect bezel!

    J/K :hide:
did the same as everyone else, then took a flat file and cleaned the edges up nicely.

I moved my radio to the trans hump for better access and line of site. I will use the old radio space for a gl flr_refinish_026_original.jpg ove box.
