What would you recommend? I need the whole thing, gauges, hose, cutting torch, brazing, etc. Not that I'd use it alot but I don't know the difference in the quality of the low end kits in comparsion to the high end kits. I want good quality for the money, not necessarly the big buck kit.
    Thanks,
    Jerry

Go to a welding supplier, and see what they have. It may be a little more money, but the quality will be decent, and you'll be able to get parts if you need them.
Regulators are expensive, and can be to repair, but if you can't repair a cheap one, your out twice the money when you have to buy a replacement.

You can't go wrong with Victor , Harris all should avaibly at at your local welding supply store also check your pawn shop for regulators , hoses ,torchs ect. You may bee able to get a good deal with cash never pay the asking price dicker. Don't get tanks at the pawn shop you will need to get them at the welding store

Be sure to talk to your insurance company about insurance for pressurized flammable gas. My insurance wanted a $200 rider on my policy for the added coverage. If you don't notify them and get the added insurance and have a fire your coverage could be void. I just sold the welding set instead.

I went to the pawn shop and picked up both gauges and the torch with all the cutting and welding tips for $85. A $20 set of hoses off from Ebay and an oxygen tank from the neighbor and I am welding. Well, on Propane that is. I am debating on getting and acetylene tank.
