I have power seats in my truck and I can slide them forward but then can not get them back without playing with the switch. Any ideas how to fix this? Obviously the motor is working. The truck is a 4x4 2500 SLT LARAMIE 2001 year model.
My Dodge switches are fidgity too, almost all of them!. To be sure you might use a test light at the motor end to see if it's getting the signal. I have a quad cab and the LR door won't light the interior. Found broken wires in the jamb inside the loom. I think their entire electrical systems suck. Cheap componants and extremly cheap wires.
Had a T-Bird bought brand new. From day one I had to play with plug on back of switch for seat to work. The switch was on side of seat an I think my big butt would move it! Not sure on your Dodge but worth checking out the plug. Good Luck
