We need to start a letter writing campaign to GMP and Supercar Collectibles for them to make a Maverick and Comet Pro Stock diecast Some of the most famous P/S cars in 70-73 where Mavericks and Comets. Dyno Don, Fast Eddie Shartman, Hubert Platt, Barrie Poole etc.

GMP just came out with Tommy Ivo's 4 engine rail. That car cannot be "converted" into any other car. At least with the Maverick's they can be redecaled into other cars. Just about all the P/S Mavericks back then were identical anyway .i.e. ran Boss 429's with either Fenton slots or Cragars.

GMP also just came out with the Malco gasser that cannot be converted into any other subject. I don't understand their reasoning on not coming out with the cars we like.

    This would be great:

    I'd buy one.
I have seen that car in person.

I would take one of each. I have seen Dyno Don's and Fast Eddie's cars in person. I even met the owner of Fast Eddie's at Carlisle. When he was leaving and it was on the rollback I got to look at it real close.(y)
