I need to replace the rad in my 74 Mav with a 250. I am having trouble finding a replacement. I bought a 3 row aluminum but it's too thick and hits off the core support and rails. There is clearly about 1 inch difference in how thick they are. The bottom tank is huge on the new one. I've been searching on champion but their i6 rad dimensions look too big as well. They have a 2 row for a V8 that seems much closer to the stock size. Anybody have some input would be greatly appreciated

To use the 3 core you have to notch the lower support. The 2 core will work fine for cooling by champion
