I bought a hood at a swap meet, and the guy wrote the price on the hood with a Sharpie permanent marker. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove it with out hurting the paint underneath. Thanks Russ

Try spraying WD-40 on the marker and wiping with a soft cloth.

WD-40 worked pretty good. Left a small "stain" but I think a little rubbing compound should take care of that. Thanks for the ideas. Russ
