    My Ex's father used to own a Sunoco shop back in the 70's. He recently gave me a couple manuals from his shop. One of them was a 3 ring binder with "cheat" sheets and cost/time estimation on a bunch of cars. Two of them were a 72 Grabber and a 72 Comet. It is rather interesting how long the recommended repair time is for some things. The best part is where the example labor rate is $5/hr.. Click below to view.

    Wow I thought our labor times are awful now. Some of those times are terrible. We get more for brake shoes today.
