This will all tie in the end. Working off a cell phone till i get my internet back. My question is does anyone know who makes the tallest s10 lift kit? Whats the purpose of a 5 link wishbone on a 2 wheel drive s10? And are there nitrogen shocks for one.

If you don't have a 4x4 S-10 to start with, your pretty much looking at a body lift... which will have to be custom made since your putting a maverick body on it anyways.

Ive seen 3''-4'' lifts common in papers, ebay etc... Honestly that's all I'd put on one, tires will clear easily. And if you go really high, it will not be safe.

I knew a guy with a 6'' suspension lift, but that's the biggest I've seen.

I checked ebay, all I see is a 3'' lift.

I have the torsion bar part, just not the rear shackles if your interested in those. My trucks got a 3'' body lift and that's plenty for me. I clear 31'' tall tires easily, I could fit 33'' tall tires and still have a ton of room but I don't, due to strain on the transmission

Andy i might just hit you up on that. I wanna go with a 6 for looks but if 4 would be the safest i suppose that is what i must do. Safety first right.
