seat belt buzzer removal?

    Before I go poking around, where is the buzzer?? Is it as simple as removing the buzzer to kill the warning buzz??

    What year????

    If it' '74 and up, take the lower dash pannel off and the buzzer will be to the right of the radio. Just unplug it!

    funny, when I bought my 74 comet the buzzer was in the glove box(disconected) ....... I guess they don't come standard that way??? ...... Robert;)
