Shifter Cable...sometimes you get lucky.

    B&M shifter in the 70. Cable bound.

    So I was like crap! There just happened to be a hole that the cable fit thru to line things up. Not sure if someone drilled it there years ago to run a cable, but hell it worked. Car was a 3 on the floor when I got it.

    What is holding up your transmission ? That hole looks like it was for the transmission mount bolt to go through

    I had the cross member off in this pic. The cross member hole was right next to it. But thanks for checking
