Does anyone know where a person would get a replacement for the rubber boot that goes on the master cylinder pushrod? The master cylinder I purchased came with the rod, but no boot. I assume (or perhaps I'm assuming too much) that the Ford dealerships would probably not have something like this available. Stupid question #2: how important is this boot if they don't see fit to include it with the master cylinder? Or do they just expect that those parts will never wear out?
