Taurus wheels

    I was working on my 74 Comet today and some wheels and tires from a 97 Taurus were laying there. I wanted to see how the 205/60 15's would look on it but was surprised that the bolt pattern didn't seem the same. I only tried it quickly as I had an appt. Are these different bolt patterns?:huh:

    1969 1/2 Maverick 6cyl auto field find junker
    Taurus have some metric bolt pattern and they are also offset for FWD use. Not even close to fit a Maverick. Only Ford & Mopar RWD 5 on 4.5 wheels will fit.

    taurus is 5 on 4.25 bolt circle
