There is a pretty good 'how to' article on swapping in later model seats in to older Ford cars in Mustangs and Fords magazine this month. It is not on their website. See the Oct. 2003 issue pg. 24.

Some of you guys are always asking about how to install bucket seats in your cars and where to find seat tracks.

In this article they are installing a 6-way power seat base from an '85 Cougar to freshly recovered Granada bucket seats and putting that assembly into a '66 Ranchero.

Adding late model buckets to a Comet/Maverick should be a breeze after learing how these guys made this on work.
