Any clue as to why my '72 4-door right-rear tire squeals when I take right hand turns? (Doesn't do it going left). I know what you're thinking. I'm going too fast! No actually it happens at 20 mph when the tire is fully aired up?
Maybe excessive body roll making the right rear extremely light when turning in that direction. You gaining weight Doug?
No I'm still 190 lbs. It's a V-8, though. I've noticed that this smaller bumper 4-door maneuvers very different on turns than any of my big bumpered 4-doors. It tends to hop if you turn real quick. (Kind of like a pickup truck can do). It also is easy to spin the back tires without that additional bumper weight. (Frame rails aren't rusty, either).
Here are the questions that first came to my mind 1. Has the car been damaged? Repaired within frame specs? 2. Is the rearend still sitting in the correct position. Lots of 68-73 Novas dog legged down the road cause of the entire housing shifting. 3. Are Jennifer Connelly's breasts real? 4. Is there a major problem with the rear suspension? Springs worn out? Spring broken? 5. Is it bad to tire squeal when you dont expect it? Dan
I dont really care about the rest of the questions but if you find out the answer to #3, let me know where you found the proof!!!!!!!!!
The car is in great shape. If it wasn't for major hail damage, the car would be almost perfect. Springs are soft as with all the 4-doors, but firmer than if there was an eighty-three pound bumper in back. I'll take a look and see if the axle has slipped to either side. Oh, by the way, this is Jennifer Connelly
They look real to me... ...REAL GOOD !!!!! I like Aria Giovanni better though. Do a net search on that name and hold on to your socks!!!
Screw Mulholland Falls, rent the Rocketeer and you will see the 18 year old version. I actually heard she had a reduction, a drastic move that I would NEVER recommend!
