Whats the widest tire i can put in the rear without any mods ?

I was thinking about moving up to a 15" rim ( i already have a decent set of rims) but i dont want to mess up my speedo... any suggestions?

glad to see another Camaro junkie's blood turn Ford blue! I run 255/60-15's on the rear, 4" offset 15x8 drag stars. On the race car, we run 28x10.5-15's on 15x9 progressives, also with 4" offset. The drag car needed some massaging, but only on the inside wheelhouse. The street car needed some "minor" rolling of the outer fender lip---but only needed it to keep it from rubbing with passengers in the back seat. Hope this helps.

    i have had 15 X 10 mags on my mav! 275 60 15's.
they rubbed only over hard bumps, but only cause my
    springs have lost the arc.

    but now i run on 15 X 8 mags with 255 06 15

    hope this helps!

For those of you who have used 275/60/15 tires, what size and offset rim did you use? I can get a deal on some of these, but need to know what will work. Thanks.
