TR7 flooding

    The 351w in the tr7 wants to foul plugs extremely bad. The plugs are black so it is not burning the gas. The motor is basically stock internally it has a 600 vc holley on it. I believe it is not getting enough fire. I plan to swap a blaster 2 coil on it tomoorow. It has duraspark ignition on it. Any more ideas on what it could be

    it did the same thing with the 650 that came on it. I'm thinking weak fire

    I was going to say check the float levels, but if it was doing it with the other carb, I have to agree it might be too much fuel pressure. What kind of pump does it have? Does it have a regulator? Weak spark might cause it to start hard, but it should still burn whatever gets in the cylinders.
