They would not fit without some fabrication on your part. The foward roof pillars on our cars are flat and narrow.

Just what Dennis said. I have a guage pod out of a newer F-150 there is way too much curve on the back side to fit the Maverick. Maybe a guage pod made for something else, but not the ones in the picture you posted. Russ

What about the Shelby style gauge pod?

Yeah, it said that it was possible to trim and shrink them with a hair dryer or heat gun to match whatever car so I thought it might work. But yeah being too wide is exactly the doubt I had about them, because u can only shrink them so much. Thanks for the all input.

I tried those universal pods on mine. They don't fit at all...like previously stated, they are too wide. I'm sure they could be modified to fit, but making them look "right" might be a whole other ballgame. I ended up using the regular Autometer mounting cups, they work great. Only problem is, the pivot screws are exposed. I suppose that one could paint or dye the screws (or even powdercoat them) black to cover it up, but it's not noticeable unless you're looking too closely. When the turbo spooled up there was no time to look at either gauge, not that it was a bad thing:D
