    This is a link to a couple 1970 Ford Torino's....I talked to the gent and he said the white one has the radiator and front end parts off atm so it aint running. Said would need trailered :( The maroon one apparently runs and drives and he said would make it the 140+miles back to my house.

    I was thinking I could work on the white one and pull the 302 from the maroon and use on my 76 mav. What do you guys think? Does this look like a worthwhile deal?

    I don't know much about torinos but he said the white one has a modified 351 cleveland....anyway, let me know what you guys think

    How much is he wanting for them? That makes a big difference in the deciding factor....

    Yea 1500 OBO

    So I was thinking between 1100-1350....like i said he recomends white one gets towed which changes it up for me.

    check the 400 or 351. If its a cleveland the tranny-bell housing top bolts will be same width as the 302, 351m will be wider as MOST 400s. 73 400 has same tranny pattern as 302.
    Looks like a good deal no matter what drive train! Good Luck
