    Nope, not factory.

There were several wheels from different
manufacturers that are similar to the
    Magnum style wheels on Fords.

    Those look like the Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth
    versions.

For several year vehicles, the bolt pattern is
the same, so they may bolt up to your Maverick.

The small and extruded center cap is characteristic
    of the Dodge family cars.

Buick had some that were similar as well, but
they never had the same bolt pattern.

AMC als had a similar wheel, although I don't
know what their bolt pattern was.

Ford wheels came all chrome with black centers, or
painted silver (argent) with bright trim rings.

As far as Mavericks and Comets, I think it was
probably '74 or '75 when the Magnum style
    wheel featuring the stainless/brushed aluminum
trim ring became available. They were available
on regular Mavericks and Comets and Grabbers
    and GT's.

There were some Mustangs in '69/'70 that had a
smaller version center cap that favors your wheels,
    they are collector items.

I don't think yours are those, I really think yours
    are Chrysler/Dodge wheels.

    I hope this helps.

They definately look like the Mopar wheels. There is a slight difference from my Ford styled steel wheels

Those are exactly the same wheels my '74 LDO car came with, FWIW. At least, that's what was on it when I bought it, anyway.

The Ford and Mopar wheels are the same, they were all made by Motor Wheel. Only difference is the center caps, and I think I saw some mopar wheels that were painted slightly different.
