Where to get classic Ford document holder?

    Anyone know of someone that reproduces the original Ford document holder that came with a Maverick?? I have every single piece of paper that came with the car including warranty card, window sticker, starting instruction sleeve off of the visor, braking, etc and the original vinyl document holder is pretty beat up. It has a nice clear slot for the warranty card. Dan
