went to the junk yard today.. and found a 72 comet v8 with air!!! the engin was tosted, as was the tranny, but I got the HOLE motor mounts from fram to engin, and I also got the gas cable, and that tube that is right under the oil pan, couldn't get the tranny cross member it was on there pretty good, so now all I need is the oil pan for a maverick 302, and the tranny cross member, and the manifolds... got the parts I said above all for 25 bucks!!! Love juck yards that don't even know what Ia maverick is!!!! 754dr.

got some more parts today!! Got the tranny cross member, get a big tube and what do you get??? a freed rusted bolt!! also I got the LDO trim off of it, that wood grain off the dash (I like it) also picked up a blacked out grill with turn signals, the grill has a crome on the front of it,and the turn signals don't have the crome crap in them< I can't rmber the year that they were like that, but the grill is all there no cracks what so ever I love the fact that they don't think the pars off a maverick are rare, only if they knew..... good thing they don't so far I have spent 45-50 buck for the following motor mounts (from engin to frame) tranny cross member, sub fram tube helps make it stronger, cna rember the name of it, gas cable, so I'm thinking I did pretty good concidering what is on ebay right now the motor mounts for 80 bucks!!! they don't even have all the mount! gee wonder what I would get for them??? all well I guess I will never know cause I'm not selling! any how any one got some old manifolds or an oil pan for me??? Thanks, Jason I'll keep you guy informed, weh I get my tax refund I will mbe gettign the 302 and the c-4!! A few more months!!!!
