was on another site and someone asked about unlimited products. better business bureau was mentioned. i went to there site and checked "unlimited performance products" out, in corona, ca. bbb gives them an F and says there were 54 unanswered complaints in the last 36 months. buyer beware.:tsk:

"Show Cars" is another one I have read many negative things about, both on this site and others.

I was apart of that list of 54 :yup:
I made 2 purchases, 1st time was completely upset with service and quality. Shame on me for giving them a 2nd chance to get it right.

Is there some sort of curse--you make/sell fiberglass parts, you are forced to be a sucky business?

Too bad, too, since so many of us would love to buy the parts, but there are few (if any) respectable dealers.

There is a niche for someone we all trust to start a business in, someone from our proud group, who just happens to have a bit of money to start a businessk, or even a running business to just add new stock to. (by the way, I was not hinting about myself, so someone else jump up and take it!)

I guess I got lucky, I ordered a hood scoop for my car from unlimited. Received it a couple of days earlier than was promised and was satisfied with the quality.
I told them when I called to order, that it was the 3rd time I had picked up the phone to call them, but had not done so due to all the negative things I had heard abot them.:hmmm:
The lady gave me her name and said if I didn't receive my parts by the date she had promised, for me to call her.
I called her back, but it was to Thank her not to fuss.
Like I said, maybe I just got lucky:huh: but was pleased with the service I received:D

(The ladies name was Pam....shipping was a bit pricey.)

Maverick Man has nice hoods and now spoilers in carbon fiber and fiberglass. I've seen them in person and they are excellent quality.

US Body and Glasstek are supposed to be pretty good. I'm going to get mine from Glasstek, because I can save on shipping since they're close to my mom and dad's house.

My hood and scoop came from unlimited, the parts were typical fiberglass in fit and overall quality. With a little work, trimming and blocking, the hood was fine, way better than what I had with the swiss cheese steel one I had. I was expecting a lower quality, having dealt with fiberglass parts for other cars, and was surprised. Not saying that there aren't bad ones out there, or bad experiences with that company, but my experience was fine.

I agree, I was not expecting a perfect piece, but after the run around with customer service, that made the product I recieved look that much worse :yup:
