I doubt that you will get near 35 HP from changing pulleys. Serpentine systems are more efficient but not to the tune of 30+ hp.

Since a typical Vee belt uses less than 5 HP at 3000 rpm you might get half that much in savings with the serpentine system.... I know it is not what you want to hear but think about it before you spend the money. Serpentine systems look neat and that is why most people use them. If you want more power think about mods that are of equal cost but made to the engine.

hmm thats is totally different than what i was told i was told serpentine systems were better than vee belt systems thats why i wanted to switch i am trying to get the most hp out of every little thing i really want to get to 400whp with out boreding the engine and using spray, supercharger, and turbo

you can get a serpentine system off any 5.0 equiped vehical that has them on it. most of them use a reverse rotation water pump so you will want to get that also. i think the reverse rotation water pump uses a different timing chain cover also so grab that also. as for adding power you can get underdrive pullies for mustangs so you should be looking at those to get your stuff from. most underdrive pullies claim around 15 hp. from my experience it does give you a seat of the pant feel of a little more powe going to under drives and i think i gained a tenth or two in the 1/4 with them.
