I do not have a clue at this point on the price,, it will depend on demand and tooling cost,,, If we have enough people wanting them the price will be alot lower then just making 4,, Trying to get an Idea on just about how many we need to make,, then I can figure a price,, that is gonna work the same on alot of these parts,, The Fab shop will make a few test pieces and then tell me what the price is ,,,but all parts come with a semi gloss black powder coating to protect them,,

I think theyre will be a pretty good market for the valances because there are no metal ones being made and its hard to find decent ones off of parts cars. :yup:

I need 2 sets of valances.

My 75 is undergoing a big-bumper-ectomy, and my 72 valances are beat up.

    Are small bumpers a possibility?

Could we get the Cowl hat sections reproduced? I think most people have rusted cowls.:yup:

Have you made other reproduction car parts before? I have NOS inner front aprons that I would supply so they could be copied.

The cowls that aren't rusted now, just give them time, and a good amount of them will be rusted in the future. That is why they make replacements for Mustangs. They are just uprotected steel. Right now I have to come up with a way to repair mine. If I could buy them reproduced I certainly would.

I dont see why we couldnt make the cowl parts,, I am cutting the vent from behind the hood from my 77 Comet parts car and see if we can make that,, the grating in front of the windshield,, the part under that is completely gone on my car,, The goal here is to reproduce what ever we can that is needed,, alot of this came from me looking for parts. I was amazed that it was so hard to get anything for these cars. since I have 7 I just figured it has to be done,, My Fab shop has made parts to alot of vehicles,, mostly one offs and for private collectors,, we are making alot of parts for the 1929 GMC 1ton truck.
Keep the info coming,,,, Your Idea's are Important,,

    Thank you

We have taken a hood apart and are looking to make a 2 part repair kit for under the front part of the hood,, Making it in 2 parts gets it out to all of you faster,,, (less-tooloing)

Keep us all posted on these parts Joe. It will be great to see some of this stuff materialize in metal instead of fiberglass.
