Hi everyone, here are some rear photos of the Maverick with the rear 1/4's and valance seemed together.

Also a shot of the 6208 hookers with jet hot coating.
I will post more pictures as I start to install the headers.

    Very nice look!

Might want to raise that bumper a bit though, seems too low. :)

Charlie, you have no idea how bad I would love to raise the bumper but it's a aftermarket fiberglass and it's a little small.
If I bring it up any more you can see the screws that go into the top of the valance.

I'll take some more shots of the car today and post them tonight.
There's no engine in the car so the front clip and grill are not on yet.

Porting has already been done (thanks to MaxFlow Motorsports)and I'm polishing the heads now. I'll take a shot or two of that as well.
I'm going to put a plug in for Dusty Olinger the owner of MaxFlow Motorsports, not only is he a big Ford man but one of the best machinist I've every met. He has a big following with the tractor pulling people that is where he is very well known. Dusty has taken my Victor Jr. heads from stock flow of 270cfm @600 lift on the intake to a Sweet 303cfm @600 and 305@650
Exhaust was 200@600 and now 223@600 and 227@650 the best part of this is the lower numbers are much stronger then before and so will my torque.
Dusty is great to work with and has no problem letting his customer fiinsh their own head work.

I better get back to work, here a shot of the motor without the heads.

    Bossmav,
From what can be seen, your car looks drop-dead-gorgeous! I always had the impression that the raised area of the taillight panel was too short to accomodate the Shelby lights completely. Is that a Shelby Mustang taillight panel? John B.

    John B.
the taillights are from a 1964 T-Bird, the lens and bezels are 1969 Shelby.
I'm not the only one who has done this mod; as a matter of fact Thomas Hackmann's Maverick has them Blended into the raised part where the taillights go.
He is a craftsman at whatever he does!

Here is a pix of the driver side of the car, I'm going to put the grabber stripes back on this summer to breakup all that white.

Thanks for all the complements from everyone.

Here is the other side, sorry everyone I'm not very good at taking pictures. I hope by the time I start to put the headers on I'll be better at this. Good Lord... where did all my schooling go?
