i have collected all the parts to start my t-5 swap. i will be doing the swap in my spare time and post updates with lots of juicy pics!!!! so here we go.

this is the pedal assembly with the bracket i made.

heres the assembly in the car.

i made the bracket by hand. on the one we did for mo's swap we had a bracket waterjeted from a cardboard template we made. it was fustrating working with the water jet guy so i opted to make my own. its not very pretty but gets the job done.
    here it is.

here are the dementions of the bracket if anybody wants to try to copy it.

i have a friend who is good with a cad program and will have him make the drawings for it so i can have it waterjeted in the future and be able to sell it to members on this board.

thats what i have done for now. ill take more pics and post them as i go.

nice setup.... only thing i'd do different is find a smaller clutch pedal (lower portion) to cut off and weld it on to make it look more original, but that's just me. kuddos for making ur own setup :thumbs2:

i got a cnc pedal pad to weld on over the stock pedal pad so they will match when done.

How did you choose the bore sizes? I was going to go with a 3/4" bore master and 7/8" bore slave, as seen in this article: http://midnightdsigns.com/Mustang/HYD Clutch.htm

we first did this set up on mashori's car. we didnt get enough travel with 3/4 master and 7/8s slave and the effort to push the pedal was nothing. then we went with 3/4 master and 3/4 slave and still not enough travel and no effort. with the 7/8s we got plenty of travel and the effort is still very little but not too little. i belive that the pedal ratio gave us alot of leverage and not as much travel, and that is why this combo works.

The clutch with the master that Bryant and I are using is really amazing and the way he has the mount setup work great in a stock car like mine that even has AC but I did have to get rid of the parking break. I'm sure we could have moved it pretty easily anyways.

The best part of brynat's build is the bracket that the slave cylinder mounts on. They sell for $80-150 online. He's making his own. I wasn't there to witness this but my spy was able to get some pics . . .

I don't think they are completed but it's pretty sweet how it's gonna turn out when he's done.

This is the one I have that was I think $200 and really not all that functional since it's hard to mount with the T5 on the car. I think bryant's design will improve on that.

This is how bryant fabbed up the pedal bracket. We got some thick cold rolled steel sheet and used his blowtorch to cut the measurements out. Then used an electric grinding wheel to clean it up real nice.
