I would love to take credit for the plaques...but they were from the M.C.C.I. and were sent to me via Wes Notovitz...aka: MCCI National Representative Coordinator(pretty long title, eh!) Not sure who designed them...but they should be comended on a job well done (y)

Yes! It was a very nice MCCI mini meet today. Had a good turnout. Had lots of people interested in the cars. Even had people asking where they could get parts for there Maverick & Comets...As always, I tell them about the Club & the website. Hopefully we'll get new members & visitors to the board. I lucked out while there. The guy I bought the Sprint from last year came by. Had a truck load of 71 Comet GT parts for sale. I wanted the skinny front bumper, filler, & valance. I ask him how much for those items. He said, he was hoping to sell the whole lot. He had both doors complete with panels, both front fenders, hood (minus the scoop), Gt bucket seats, rear bumper & valance, steering column complete with steering wheel & a few more odds & ends. I got the lot for $250...WooHoo!!!! Made my day for sure...Can never have enough extra parts...Hope to post pics of the Mini Meet soon...

Anyone interested in a Mini Meet in Auburn, on Sunday, Sept 18th? (It's the same place, I met you last year Loki). Les Grove Park, 910 Ninth St SE. Let me know... I'm also working on a Mini Meet in Graham, at the Graham Fairgrounds...It's in Sept. I'll find out the date...

Maybe so Coop. After the Port Alberni event up in Cliffs neighborhood I might just take you up on the parking space offer. that will make it pretty easy to get to meets and races down there.

Understood. If you ever need some bias fronts, let me know. I still have the B75-14 Wide Ovals (under a 1000 miles on em'...$50). Still have the used Split-Fire plugs too. You can have 'em for shipping (or pick up) if you want 'em (good condition).

I think when I can afford the front wheels I'm going to buy radial tires because for the next year or so its street use only and those bias tires drive really floaty at high speeds

Ok, but remember, if you put the radials up front with the bias in back....you'll wish it was just floaty. It'll be closer to down-right scary.
