pics not loading

    I got my puter reloaded and all my pics put back in their files but can't get them out to post on the board. I go to "up load a file" go get the pic but it doesn't load... any help?

    when I click on...upload a file...
    I get all this and no option for loading a pic, it's all in a black box.

    Which browser are you using? Sounds like a setting on your computer or something like an anti-virus program blocking you.
