    Blu, just PM'd you.

Just pull up the mapquest or similar and put in the highway interchange that is on the first post on this thread.

I think it is a mall parking lot. Shouldn't be hard to find...just look for a bunch of cool looking cars, and one really ugly one with 7 colors (that one is mine :D ).

I have emailed the president of the Heart of Texas Mustang Club to ask him about early registration. In years past, they offered early registration at a slight discount. I'll let you all know what I find out. I'd like to give him some numbers. With early registration it would show him our commitment, too.

I would early register...it would force me to commit, rain or shine.

Well, Pat Mitchell with the Heart of Mustangs Club emailed me back and said they weren't doing early registration this year. (Apparently very few bothered in the past). The registration is $20 on the day of the show then.

Here is their flyer again: Flyer for the Heart of Mustangs Show in Waco

Also at this point, Pat and I agreed that we probably don't have enough cars to warrant a Maverick class or Maverick plaques, but lets all plan on arriving around the same time so we can park together and to make our presents more noticeable! :dancingpa

If we get there early enough, we'll all get a goody bag (first 75 cars). (y)

I'm getting excited! it's only 3 weeks away! :bouncy:

Doug, I regret to inform you that I have a company picnic to attend on the same day as the car show.

I was told "it would be in my best interest" to attend.

I am sorry. Please remember to take some photos and post 'em up when you get back.

Sorry to here that, Rick. Work comes first, though!

Looks like we've got three other cars that aren't on the message board coming, hopefully. Two Mavericks (spouses), and a Stallion from the Dallas area! (y)

See you all a week from Saturday!

So how about a run-down of who all is going so far. You can add me to the list. I've got a couple things to work on for my car but it should be ready to go. I'm giving it a good shake down now. :drive:

As of now, I will be there. I only have a 74 Grabber body so I be looking for ideas.

    Bring your HP 250-6 ideals.

Anna and I WILL be there...we have cancelled her 30th birthday party (on the 23rd) and moved it to the next weekend. Even if we are sitting in front of our car with umbrellas, we will be there.

But think about it, wet parking lots make GREAT burnout spots... :biglaugh:

We have a brand new set of BFG T/A Radials, and Anna has recently learned to do burnouts, so, we might need a new set when we get home :bananaman
