Does anyone know of a place to get a new wheel hub for a 1973 Maverick with a build date of Aug. 1973. Have to replace the front drum but can't find the front hub

What's wrong with your current hub that you can't reuse it?

Were you ever able to find a hub? I've been looking for one along with a spindle. Guy before me has the wrong spindle and hubs the passenger side. Must have hit something.

Have yet to find any clarification on that. Some say 70-72 are and others say 70-73 are. I'm right on the line and I'm having one hell of a time finding these things.

Could you possibly have a new bearing race pressed into your old hub?

You know, that's actually not a terrible idea. My second issue is finding a drum to fit the mystery spindle.

See if you can match yours up to one of these.

70 Mustang uses the same drum spindle and hub. Some of the drums are the same width, there was a heavy duty finned version that was a little wider but it still works.
