Ebay Inline Exhaust Headers

I heard Classic Inlines is not taking orders and called their store which seems to be disconnected. I would like to install a header and new exhaust system onto my 200 ci motor. Ive seen these ebay aftermarket headers but im not completely sure they are legit and worth the money. Has anyone bought these or heard of someone installing them before? And is there other manufacturers that produce these? Any input is helpful!

 

I bought a set of those headers for a 250 inline 6 72 comet and they fit pretty good and look good, I have not ran pipe to them yet

Thanks for the info! Those Scott Drake and Hookers seem to be nickel plated and ceramic coated instead of the bare stainless steel, as well for the name brand and quality of course.

some of the links say 70-72 mavericks, I am guessing that is because they are the popular small bumper years and not a change in the motor? Also I think I need to modify the number one header pipe if I have an A/c Compressor, correct?

 

Just trying to help someone's research. I searched for Maverick 200 headers inside each site and this is what came up.
Always check for fitment on your specific car.
Summit Racing is good about returns and exchanges. It took 3 tries to get the correct water pump for my strange Maverick set up.
When we built our Falcon, our stock manifold was in good shape and new headers were too expensive for us and we could not find any used headers at the time of the build.

I still think they are unreasonably expensive compared to V8 headers.

 

I think the Scott Drake headers are for the narrow body 64-66 Mustang 200. not sure about fitment on a Maverick, may work, may not. I ask lots of questions before I get out the credit card.

wow those are sweet! Any problems fitting them in at all and have you run the motor with them on? they look to sit in there real nice!

 

Didn't have any problems installing them, and no we havnt run the motor yet
