More i read the less my 2 wheel drive s10 looks like a good choice for the conversion. Anyone who has or is doing this what are some good options for the chassis

I would imagine we could but it would be alot easier making our first maverick like this on a premade chassis. I've heard of one on a jeep but don't know what type of jeep.

Why? whats the purpose of putting a car body on a 2 wheel drive pickup frame?

Front end of the car is shot and i'll be one of the only ones around my area, as far as i know, with a mini maverick monster truck. Not just for show but for tough truck racing

But it'll be a car, not a truck.

I knew someone was bound to argue it. If a car body on a truck chassis doesn't get to qualify as a tough truck take a trip to the monster truck shows and start taking vehicles out. Seen several monster trucks with car bodies. Not too long ago i saw a Mustang monster truck and one dubbed the truckvette. If that body makes then non elegable then go tell them guys they can't compete. If you think this was some how rude then i end this with a have a nice day and leave it open for discussion
