They push the date up a month if the springs haven't shipped by the end of the month. I get an email each month that says the new ship date is the first of the next month. I expect to get one in a few weeks that says the new ship date is 4/1. But there's always a chance that I might have springs on my front porch when I get home today.
Alright, who are the culprits... ...who bought both sets of (Laurel Mountain Mustang) springs of E-Bay right after I cancelled my JCW order? :16suspect I knew I should have bought them yesterday, even before cancelling! Russ
I guess they read minds http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/70-7...Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item120383520710

I knew Laurel Mountain would put up a new ad, and I got a set... Just a one day setback, prolly better than being strung along by JCW for a few more months! Russ
These are the ones I bought.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/70-7...Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item140303825583
Gene, Did you install them yet? How about those E-brake cables? I'm hoping since L.M. offers these springs on E-Bay, they actually have them...unlike the vaporware from JCW! Russ
Yes. Matter of fact I just came in from doing the brake shoes FINALY!. Well, actualy I did one side and discovered I am missing a piece for the other . But the springs and cables are done. It's not sitting on the ground and it will be awhile.
Reverse Progress...kind of! Got my LMM springs last night, got everything pulled apart today. Had to disassemble the rear axle to relocate the brake fitting/vent bolt as it was hitting the shock tube. Will run all my fuel lines tomorrow before reassembling the axle and springs. Russ
