floor console

i have a 71 grabber that im rebuilding from ground up. it came with a 302, auto floor shift. and i dont know if the sun roof is original- but its there.
my problem is i cant find any dist for a console. and the bone yards are picked over. can anyone point me in the right direction??

 

What kind are you looking for?

a Short one? or a full one?

The short ones you can get out of Pinto's, they work great i had one on my car.


For a full length Granada's are the most popular...there's also mustang ones that fit, but i don't know what years.

 

i would prefer a full one that i can rest my arm on as well have a drink holder. but im open to options. any idea's?

 

by the way what do you mean had one?

 

I had to take it out due to my glove box not opening....the earlier cars wont have this problem since they have a tray.

That's rayzorsharp's car...i think it has a toploader 4 speed in it.

mustang ones are pretty cool too, but idk what years these are.

 

did you mean you did not know the year the of the console from mustang?

 

yeah, they're mustang consoles. But i don't know from what year mustang they came out of.

I don't, maybe someone on here will.

also i just noticed this...and No they never had them from the factory. But i've seen a couple owner made ones.
