Small bumpers

    Hello
    I was searching but cant find a enough good info.
    I m looking for small comet bumpers for front and rear bumpers. What I need to got to do a bumpers conversion? I got 75 comet if it is nessesary to know.

    Any small mustang bumpers will fit for comet? or they are different to maverick/comet bumpers. If they are different, can you tell me what is different?..

    I m asking coz I m tired to find a good ones bumpers for me.

    Mustang bumpers won't fit...you have to get the '71-73 small bumpers. You need all the brackets and braces, and drill a few holes. You also need the stone guard and valence panel.

    I could have sworn that 68-72 Ford Mustang read bumpers will fit. They're identical.

    68-72 Mustang BUMPERS aren't even identical to each OTHER!

    69.5 Maverick - (2)72 Maverick- 64 comet cyclone- 69 mustang 70 cougar -69 Ranchero - 73 Pinto
    I met a guy with a big stang 71-72, that was running a small Mav. Rear bumper, it didn't look too out of place. I don't think i'd buy one to see if it worked, but if you know anyone with a big mustang, might see just how far off it is. May work for a temporary fix.

    Silly question:

    Maverick small bumpers are the same like comet small bumpers?

    The front bumpers are different. The rear is the same. You said you searched? Really? There's like a million threads on this. Go to the tech article section and there's even a "how to" in there. The hardest part is just finding all the pieces. After that its a breeze :) good luck!
