Bucket Seats

    Doubt those would fit but the look a lot like what I did for mine. This is 1/8X2" flat stock from Lowes. The 2X2" washers are spacers made from 1/4X2" flat stock, also from Lowes,that were used to level the seats.

    i just put seats from a 99 mustang gt into my car this past week. had a set of universal rails though which i welded plates onto so i didnt have to make any new holes in the floor.

    ima have to try that then when i order mine, thats kool, was the metal hard to bend like that?

    Very easy to bend. Put it in a vise on a line where you want the bend, give it some pressure in the direction you want the bend, and use a hammer to gently persuade it.

    did u do that for both sides or just that side, the pic looks like the driver side

    Made four of them two for each seat. Only one of the four mounting holes on each seat went in an original hole. Didn't want the seats going thru the floor.

    Its also important to reinforce the mounts UNDER the floor so the seats would stay put in a collision. Some of the mounts lined up with existing reinforcements on the under side, some didn't.
