Need a 8'' rear end axle- 28 spline count on my passenger side. Just wondering what other cars/years have the same axle.

The axle are just for comets and mavericks. You can get a 28 spline from another car but, you will have to shorten it. If you need one email me for one.

If it was a 31 spline axle then you could have it shorten but you can't shorten a 28 spline axle because they are tapered

do you have 4 lug or 5 lug?
there are no 4 lug 9" axles.
there are no other cars that have the same width rear end as a maverick.
i might have a 4 lug axle for a maverick at my shop. i would have to check. i would need to know the lenght of the axle. in a month or 2 i will be pulling the 4 lug diff out of my comet to put my 9" in it. at that time i would be willing to send you an axle for the cost of shipping.

I have the parts to fix your car, so I may be willing to buy your car "as-is". Email me a price if you want.
