been slowly reassembling my 74 250 I6 putting the rocker arm shaft back together while looking at the spring washers on the ends noticed a bit of wear that makes me worry. don't like the idea of having the springs fail after putting in this kind of work and time. the problem comes in finding just the spring washers and springs. dealer, napa or oreillys do not have. are there any suggestions for a replacement, i am not worried about the regular springs just the spring washers on the ends?

you might check with a local machine shop or on the other ford websites theres one that is strictly fordsixes and check with classicinlines they should have anything you can dream of for that motor

    thanks

i did look at classic inlines but the only thing i seen listed was a whole assembly. i also used the part # in a search and got 4 hits on it, one in South Carolina, 1 in San Jose CA and the other 2 look like South America some where. tried contacting CA but no answer yet and SC only had phone guess i have to take # to work and call.
