I purchased a side view mirror for my 1970 Ford Maverick. The mirror happens to be an adjustable with the toggle at the end of the cable that goes to the inside panel on the driver's door.

The problem is my car didn't previously have a remote side view mirror. So, I have to find out where to put the hole in the side panel to mount the toggle that adjusts the mirror.

    Thanks!

    Jeff,

Thanks a lot for the diagram, however, I should have explained better.

Because my car never had a mirror that I could adjust from the INSIDE, I'd like to mount it where the factory would mount it. So, I need to know where to put the hole on the inside panel door to mount the toggle.

    Thanks!

I apologize....my wife printed out the document and for some reason only the top part printed. I just looked at it online and it looks like you gave me all the info I need.

    Thanks again!
