Torino Ram Air on Maverick

    Has anyone ever seen a 351C with the Torino Ram Air Shaker put in a Maverick?Just wondering how difficult that would be to do? I welcome any comments. Thanks

    No I have not, But in Columbus Ohio I seen how exspensive they were. $245.00 New. Way to much for me at that time.I do love the look of them. Good luck. Back in 1987 I was going to put a 351c out of a 1973 torino in my 1974 maverick until I got the price of everything.

    I would expect that you would have clearance issues under the hood, meaning too much or too little. Additionally the scoop placement would likely necessitate the removal of some of the critical frame portion of your Maverick hood.

    I've seen the shaker hood scoop used on Mavericks in the past sitting on a Windsor but not a Cleveland - I have a 351C in my Maverick but no shaker :)

    I have seen a shaker setup on a Maverick but it is on a 302 car.
