03 Mustang Cobra Problem I need Some Help!

Just to Update u guys on this matter:
I've just got it all done 2 weeks ago My buddy took the head to his engine builder who fixed the valves and then i put everything back in and the car runs GREAT!

Now, I got another problem with another type of car: Maybe u can help me with this?
a 99 vw passat 1.8 turbo We're getting a code p1535 throttle position control. I've tried two used throttle bodys but no luck when i put my scanner on data stream mode the throttlle % is at zero all the time like it's telling the ecu it's butterfly is closed. I've checked all the wires from the TB to the ECU and they're all there.
BTW the TB is driven by cable not electronic pedal. any suggestions?
