Had to do Honeydo's - got back on it tonight.

Can you guess what this hole is for (other than being one helluva weak point now)?

Hint: I'm using my '90 Mustang aftermarket radiator fo ruse on the '90 SBF.

    another angle

The bumper bracket retainer bolt had to be ground down to allow the radiator to fit correctly.

This angle is another hint for the gaping hole in the earlier pic.

Pay no attention to the duct tape on the chrome bumper - it's there just to protect it while I'm working on the car.

Test-fitting the fiberglass hood showed the need to lower the bigger (taller and wider) radiator as there was interference with the radiator mounted in the stock location.

This is a view of the driver's side engine-bay side (camera position is over the passenger side fender looking forward).

More posts as the work progresses. I have to help my buddy all day tomorrow - moving. Yippie!

NOW can you guess what the hole is for?

No, LOL. That's all the pics for tonight (rather, this morning - 1:45 a.m.).

    Hose??? That's a good guess! (j/k)

Yup. The only way to have the lower radiator hose routed (on this particular radiator) was to go through the box-frame.

I'll devise some sort of jacket on the hose to act as a grommet.

    Later, guys.

Man, that radiator looks huge in there! I can't wait to see pics when it's done. Looks like more quality work to the ol Grabber!
