too wide of a rim for the tire, pushes the center out too far and makes the sidewall buldge, looks like it's trying to turn wrong side out. if you have to have 10" wide rims, get the tire that fits it...not something that looks...retarded... 15' tires are getting harder to find... ...my 275s are on 8" rims...
Coker Tire sells 265/50R14 tires that would fit. The bad news is they are $276 each. http://www.cokertire.com/bf-goodrich-blackwall-245-50r14-3125.html
Just got off the phone with a distributor in Dallas from the web site. They are available.. Right around $1300 for two 245s and two 265s.. I will see what else is out there before I go that route. Not expecting much.
Yes (But I will admit, it looks better than what mine did with the 265-50's)Like 71 gold said, a larger tire will look ever-so-much better. I tried 265/50's on tens on mine and they looked retarded too, much too short and narrow for the wheel wells. They looked much better on my custom aluminum utility trailer on Cragar V-5's (also 15x10) Only reason I went with the 10's was I already had em. Otherwise I'd have used 8's.
