I don’t have a picture of one but it is behind the drivers side kick panel if I remember correctly.

I have a couple around here someplace, but can't find them right now. Here is a pic from a different thread. Fuzzy pic but you will see what it looks like.
Just pull off the drivers kick panel. If you have one it will be very easy to find.

Did you try disconnecting the switch plug yet? If the switch is stuck in the on position, as soon as you disconnect it, the lights will go out.

Me, I'm the kinda guy that would see if I can unstick it. Might be savable. Otherwise you would need to find one. Save the old one if it has the handle, as I often see switches for sale that are missing the handle

So I can just replace the relay and get the sports lights working with the switch

Maybe I'm not following what you have done. When the lights are on, switch is connected, and if you pull the connection apart for the switch, the lights go out, yes? If this is all true, odds are good the relay is fine. Replace the switch and all should be fine.

The sport lights come off only when I remove the relay not the switch. If I disconnect the switch from the contact nothing happens the lights stay on.

Then the relay is bad and stuck in the on position
